Jr. Ads Marketing Specialist (Meta)
Join our marketing team as a Junior Ads Specialist focused on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in social media advertising while working on campaigns for diverse clients.
Requirements
- •1-2 years of experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- •Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
- •Basic understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization
- •Knowledge of different ad formats (Stories, Reels, Carousel, etc.)
- •Good analytical skills and comfort with data
- •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- •Excellent communication skills in English
- •Meta Blueprint certification is a plus
- •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Responsibilities
- •Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns under senior guidance
- •Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimization recommendations
- •Assist in audience research and targeting strategy
- •Create and test ad copy and creative variations
- •Prepare regular performance reports for internal review
- •Stay updated on Meta platform changes and new features
- •Collaborate with creative team on ad assets and requirements
- •Learn and grow expertise in performance marketing
- •Support senior marketers with research and campaign execution
