Recruiter (Part-Time)
We're looking for a talented Part-Time Recruiter to help us find and source exceptional talent for our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top candidates across design, engineering, and marketing roles. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for experienced recruiters who want work-life balance.
Requirements
- •3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech or creative industries
- •Proven track record of sourcing and placing quality candidates
- •Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- •Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- •Strong understanding of hiring for design, tech, and marketing roles
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Ability to commit 15-25 hours per week consistently
Responsibilities
- •Source and identify top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- •Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- •Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- •Write compelling job descriptions and outreach messages
- •Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- •Conduct initial phone/video screenings and evaluate candidate fit
- •Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
- •Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and pipeline metrics
- •Stay current with recruiting best practices and industry trends
- •Help build our employer brand through positive candidate experiences
