Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing expert to lead our paid advertising efforts across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms. You'll drive customer acquisition, optimize ad spend, and deliver measurable ROI for our clients.
Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
- •Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- •Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- •Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- •Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets ($50K+/month)
- •Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar
- •Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- •Excellent communication and reporting skills
- •Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint preferred
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Amazon, Google, and Meta
- •Manage and optimize ad campaigns to achieve ROI and performance targets
- •Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
- •Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on ad assets
- •Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting and insights
- •Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
- •Manage ad budgets and forecast spending requirements
- •Test new ad formats, targeting strategies, and creative approaches
- •Mentor junior team members on best practices
